Players using a wheelchair can participate in the majority of the game. There are two areas that are not wheelchair accessible. The narrowest doorway in the game is 32” wide. The game includes low lighting, flickering lights, and several loud sound effects. Additional lights can be turned on upon request; however, the flickering lights cannot be disabled.

No. All of our bookings are private, so your group will have the game to yourselves.

We strongly recommend booking in advance as we operate by appointment. Walk-ins aren't guaranteed to be accommodated as we may not have staff on site should you arrive without a booking.

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking. If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking.
What if my player count changes?
Reach out to our team and we'll update your booking by charging or refunding accordingly. We recommend giving us as much notice as possible as additional space isn't guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time the request is made.
