Can you make this game less scary for me?

No, we can’t. This is a live-action horror experience; making it less scary ruins the experience and isn’t possible. If you can’t handle scary games, we suggest looking at one of our other games. Players may experience physical interaction with a scare-actor, and there may be intense jump scares. 
What is the difficulty level for this game?

This game is rated easy to medium difficulty, based on the average player experience. Keep in mind that challenge level increases for smaller groups, younger players, and first-time escape room players.

No. All of our bookings are private, so your group will have the game to yourselves.

Do I have to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking in advance as we operate by appointment. Walk-ins aren't guaranteed to be accommodated as we may not have staff on site should you arrive without a booking.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking. If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking.

What if my player count changes?

Reach out to our team and we'll update your booking by charging or refunding accordingly. We recommend giving us as much notice as possible as additional space isn't guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time the request is made.
